Beloved in Philadelphia as a neighborhood coffee shop, Menagerie began roasting in-house and needed packaging to reflect this next chapter. I designed a system inspired by the simple tile patterns inside the café and the quiet, gridded compositions of Agnes Martin, grounding the bags in a restrained, familiar visual language. Each roast features a distinct label informed by its flavor profile and origin story, while a small plaque detail nods to the service plaques on the shop’s espresso machines.
